Terrible service. Helen is very rude, untrustworthy and a bold face liar. She has Sheila trained very well in refusing to assist when there are problems. When you call, Helen the owner, will tell you she knows nothing about anything. And Sheila will tell you she's "currently driving and will get back to you" with no intention of actually doing so. They're real good at booking your trip and taking your money, but good luck with any help if you have any problem.
