Not too bad. Wanted to try something new so we looked at this place. It seems to be kind of in the middle of nowhere. But it's a smaller Supercenter. We did enjoy the variety that they had, but I was very disappointed in the lack of clearance for all departments it seems like so quickly after the holiday season they got rid of all of their pretty dresses.
The woman managing the self checkout is what customer service is all about. She stated she had been at work since 10pm now 5am and she was very alert, helpful, pleasant and professional. She made my day. I don't know her name, I wish I had asked so I could formally give her a 5 star compliment. Awesome service!
It's ok in an emergency but I prefer buying from small businesses as much as I can. The lines can get ridiculously long with people with cart loads of food and stuff. I have reduced my shopping here for this reason and have found better deals in other stores in town.
The store is kept up pretty well. The variety of merchandise is great. The food section is like a full scale supermarket within a discount department store.
I honestly like it better late night night when there's not a lot of people in there although you will hear the employees. I think the last experience I had wasn't very good though I went during the afternoon time I asked one of the employees if they still had swimsuits available because I was going to stay in a hotel with a pool she gave me a dirty look at first and as I waited for her to answer she just replied no and walked away I turned around the corner and found a bathing suit on the clearance rack. I'm from Waterbury born and raised move down south and I swear no matter where I go people lack hospitality everyone should be kind to one another it would be a better world
