I asked her if a customer wants to rent a car from out of town, would you reject? No! She replied! I asked Tasha why can't you drop me off then since I am from next town? Thats the reason Naugatuck Enterprise will never gonna see me renting from their office. And this was a corporate account! That's even bad!!!!!
The gentleman was very helpful and very friendly. I received a brand new Toyota Camry to drive and it was in mint condition. Very professional and very thorough and explaining all of my options.
The manager closed this location an hour before it was supposed to . Had to rent from another location. "We'll pick you up" is the most misleading advertising slogan you'll see. When I tried returning and getting a ride back, they said they "dont drive to Naugatuck" and made me return to this dreadful place. When I got to Naugatuck office, Suprise!!!, office was closed but this time had some sign we'll be right back. Got there at 130 and waited for the manager and her coworker who arrived 35 min later to myself and a line of people waiting. When manager sasha arrived, no greeting what soever. Told her I wsd returning from other location and she just snatched my key and rolled her eyes. I felt like I was treated like a criminal. The whole process frm start to finish left a bad taste in my mouth. Oh yeah, the driver who dropped me off texted and drive and I told him to be careful. He said, "I really dont care." This is definitely the attitude this guy and his manager project. I will pay a higher rate elsewhere in the future and will avoid enterprise by any means possible.
You want to rent a car from Naugatuck Enterprise, forgot it!!!! Staff don't care about their customer except their pay checks. You probably seen enterprise commercial about picking customer up. Well what Enterprise don't tell you that they don't pick up or drop off customers from another town. When I was dropping off Enterprise staff @ Naugatuck (Tasha) told me that she can't drop me off because I am from next town (Prospect). I have to have a family member pick me up or call a taxi. Wow!!!
Great service
My husband was turned away with a reservation and told they had no cars. It was Friday afternoon and their parking lot was filled with rentals. I think the girl just wanted to go home and told him to go Watertown instead. Absolutely the worst service ever!
