Sales staff is pleasant... until you sit down to talk numbers, then you get a merciless hard sell. They may tell you their policy is to not negotiate (as they did with me), which is just another hard sell tactic. The sales office is nothing short of a bull pit--setup to maximize pressure and the speed of closing sales, while reducing the buyer's comfort and confidence. This place as a business represents the bottom of the barrel in the used car industry.

Horrible place! Don't care about customers only money. We bought an SUV from there less then a year ago and basically got sold a piece of junk and they won't do anything about it. They said all sales final. Went to get the first oil change and there was no air filter in it. They never finished the tune up before they sold it. Still was leaking oil which was the issue before we bought it that they said they fixed. They put a part on wrong. The power steering pump shot within a few months and needed new timing belts not to mention the sun roof leaked. Stay away from these crooks!!!!!! Horrible people!

Odd place at best reminds me of a classic boiler room. Cars are on multiple locations no walking around to check them out. Sales people are tasked with many responsibilities. Hard to feel like anyone knows what s going on.

Decent selection of cars, but they make no bones about thier ambivalence towards their quality as they perform the basic state-mandated safety inspection and nothing else.

Cars are as is.unless you negotiate up in price for what you want fixed??? I guess that's the whole sale mantra

Some sales people seem like they are not aware of how things work.

Dan was very good, he stayed late so I could see the SUV because I was 3 hours away. The SUV has been very good after one month so I believe I was fortunate to get such a nice vehicle at a great price. That said my recommendations are select more than one car in case the one you want it gets sold before you get there. Pick only what you can afford to purchase. Plan on having $2000.00 set aside for repairs. You are getting these cars whole sale not dealer certified. Do not rush the sales reps are good but the auction like atmosphere can have you feeling pressured. Do not get a car you can not afford just because you can get a loan for that much remember to set aside $2000.00 for repairs.

Great car prices with good cars. Can't beat the car value. The only problem is if you're look it to trade-in, don't! You get nothing for you're car. Other than that they're good as a first option to get a used car.

You can wait a long time for someone to help you.
